The constant resistance signal output is to drive the speaker with current, which is characterized by large output current and small voltage. The constant resistance signal transmission distance does not exceed 100 meters, and the sound quality and sound effect are good.
Matching of constant impedance amplifier and loudspeaker
Impedance matching refers to the rated output impedance (8Ω) of the power amplifier, which should be consistent with the rated impedance (8Ω) of the speaker. At this time, the power is in the optimal design load state, and the maximum undistorted power can be output.
If the rated output impedance of the power amplifier (4Ω) is less than the rated impedance of the speaker (8Ω), the actual output power of the power amplifier will be less than the rated output power; if the rated output impedance of the power amplifier (8Ω) is greater than the rated impedance of the speaker (4Ω), the power amplifier has Danger of overloading.
This is also the reason why our IP terminal is 4Ω output and can be connected to 8Ω horn speakers.
