Are PA Loudspeakers in public address systems good if they are large?

The speaker is the soul of the sound box, and all circuit design and sound tuning inside the box should be finally demonstrated through it. When we buy speakers, we generally like to buy speakers with large size. We think that the louder the speaker, the better the sound. However, this understanding is too one-sided. First of all, the large size of the speaker will really make the sound more powerful (especially at low frequencies), and it will perform better in sound transmission, which is what we usually describe as a surging and shocking sound effect.

However, for listening to music, big speakers do not necessarily make the sound better. If the power, circuit, power amplifier, etc. are not well matched, they are not as rich in sound details as small horn speakers.

Therefore, it is unscientific to simply pursue large-scale PA loudspeaker. Here we have to mention the problem of room area. Choosing the appropriate speaker size is almost the same as choosing the appropriate power, and we can't just pursue large size.
