Three points shall be paid attention to in the design of horn loudspeaker bracket.
1. Flatness
The joint of web paper, elastic wave and frame must be flat and tight to ensure safety. When the roller paper is concave, it is also necessary to consider whether the roller paper contacts the frame surface when working.
2. Height configuration
Combining the effective height of web paper and three-point connection, design or select the appropriate iron frame. There should be a little gap between the web paper and the elastic wave, generally 0.3-0.8mm.
If the glue is separated from the outside, the sound cannot be well connected, which will seriously lead to many undesirable situations, such as different roller pressure, different carcass height, sinking of elastic waves, and increased probability of undesirable sound. Except wave surface
For the height of the bottom and internal space, and for the loudspeaker with large power and amplitude, if the height is not enough, the neck of the elastic wave will touch the iron sheet or riveted embossing point during vibration.
3. Heat dissipation design
When the PA loudspeaker horn is working, the household sound "generates high heat. The hot air is mainly concentrated in the cavity below the bomb. If the internal space between the bottom of the iron frame and the bomb is not enough, the heat accumulation cannot spread.
This will increase the aging speed of the voice coil, causing the power supply to be unreachable. Therefore, considering the design, the bottom space of the iron frame can be appropriately increased, or the bottom edge of the iron frame can be designed with holes.
If it is a plastic frame, the excessive temperature generated by the iron sheet will soften and deform the plastic, and the "bad products" will be produced by using thermal insulation materials, or adding thermal insulation materials between the iron sheet and the plastic frame.
