The connection between voice coil and diaphragm is made of neutral soft glue, and hard glue such as 502 is not recommended. When pasting the voice coil, pay special attention to that the winding of the voice coil cannot be lower or higher than the upper magnetic plate. If the winding sinks to the bottom of the upper magnetic plate, the vibration will be large, the frequency will be low and poor, and the voice coil lead is easy to break. When the voice coil winding floats higher than the upper magnetic plate, the voice coil winding is easy to burn out due to small vibration and small amount. The correct installation position of the voice coil should be that 5/6 of the winding is sunk on the upper magnetic plate.
