Two: overcome the feedback as strongly as possible and increase the sound transmission gain.
Three: The layout is as simple as possible, which is convenient for maintenance and adjustment of the coverage angle.
Four: The audio-visual direction of the speakers should be consistent, and the sound should be kind and natural.
Five: Cover the whole area according to the PA loudspeaker coverage angle (4kHz, 8kHz is 6dB axial drop).
Six: The sound emitted by the speaker is delayed by 5~30ms compared to the natural sound source.
After a brief understanding of the principle of speaker layout in audio technology knowledge, let's take a look at some knowledge of its layout mode.
Centralized layout of speakers. There are two things you need to be aware of when using this arrangement:
One: People who need to set up a stage and require the same audio-visual effects.
2: It is not suitable for distribution due to the limitation of construction and body size.
In both cases, we can centrally arrange the speakers. Another way is a decentralized arrangement. We can employ this arrangement in the following two situations.
First, the foyer in the building has a large net height and a long longitudinal distance, or the foyer may be divided into several parts for use, and a centralized layout should not be adopted.
Two: The reverberation time in the hall is long, which is not suitable for centralized arrangement.
In addition to the above two speaker arrangements, there is another arrangement in audio technology, that is, a hybrid arrangement. We can use a hybrid approach in the following cases:
① For theaters with too deep aisles or seats, the auxiliary speaker system should be arranged in the shielding part.
②For large or long-distance building halls, in addition to centralized loudspeakers, auxiliary loudspeakers should be distributed.
③Audio-visual hall, the audience is in all directions.
