The first step is to select a paper of appropriate thickness for PA loudspeaker, cut two pieces of paper 5-10 mm wide and 20 mm long, which are larger than the diameter of the core column, and put two pieces of paper perpendicular to each other on the core column (the position should be taken in the middle). To prevent them from moving, stick them with a little paste, insert both ends of the paper into the magnetic gap, align them with the magnetic gap, and gently press the sound on the diaphragm. Because of the existence of notes, the position of the sound factor is just in the center of the magnetic gap and will not be skewed. Apply glue evenly on the upper side of the edge of the replacement diaphragm, and cover the upper cover of the horn speaker head to align the screw holes. Tighten the screws and mark the relative position between the upper cover and the horn loudsspeaker head. After the glue is dry, you can unscrew the screws and take out the upper cover. At this time, the speaker diaphragm has been stuck to the upper cover.

Step 2: weld the lead wire of the voice coil to the terminal, take out two pieces of paper pasted on the core column, and then cover the upper cover. Pay attention to the original marks and tighten the screws. At this time, the position is basically OK, but we must seriously correct it. The method is to use a multimeter RX1 or 1.5V dry battery, repeatedly touch the two terminals, repeatedly knock the upper cover until there is a cough, no friction sound, and pay attention to symmetric rotation and tightening.
