This first requires the system designer to fully and accurately understand the demands of the owner, and design a system scheme that meets the needs of users with perfect scheme design, suitable and reliable equipment, and reasonable cost.
If possible, we should also demonstrate the designed scheme. The content of the demonstration should include: 1. Is the system composition reasonable, and is there a better scheme? 2. Does the function of this scheme meet the needs of use? 3. Is there any unreasonable and unbalanced selection of equipment (bottleneck), so as not to reduce the system index? 4. Is the number of equipment configured reasonable, and is there any problem of excessive and redundant configuration? 5. Do you pay enough attention to reliability, including redundant backup and emergency replacement? 6. Does the selected wire and connector meet the performance and grade requirements? 7. Whether the final cost is reasonable, etc.
After the above argumentation, the rationality of the system and the realization of the use function and the optimal cost performance can be ensured to a large extent.
2. Evaluate the site of the project, especially the avoidance of architectural acoustic defects and the overall optimization of acoustic design.
What we want to achieve is the comprehensive effect of the sound system on the site. Therefore, site factors must be considered.
Through this step, we need to calculate the sound insulation, reverberation time, reverberation time frequency characteristics, sound field uniformity and other aspects of the site in combination with the sound absorption amount, sound absorption structure, sound absorption material selection and layout, and get the relevant index values preset in the design, and adjust them in accordance with the national standards and technical specifications.
3. Acceptance of building decoration construction and sound system installation construction
Building decoration mainly aims at: 1. whether the material selection meets the design requirements, 2. whether the decoration structure is consistent with the construction drawings, especially the concealed works, 3. whether the material specification, sound absorption material and volume weight, and sound absorption index meet the design standards, 4. whether the construction is standard, reasonable, and the size changes.
In terms of sound installation construction, acceptance is required: 1. whether the wiring is reasonable; 2. whether the conduit and bridge are laid according to the standard specifications; 3. whether the turning and connection are standard and reasonable; whether the grounding is reliable; 4. whether the selection of wire is reasonable; whether the hoisting of embedded parts is reasonable, safe and reliable.
4. Review and acceptance of system equipment installation
The installation of system equipment includes horn loudspeaker, projector, curtain, infrared board, camera, whether the position is reasonable, whether it is safe and secure, and whether the direction and angle meet the requirements.
For the installation of speaker horn in the cabinet, it is mainly to check whether the equipment position is reasonable, whether the installation position is fixed, whether the wiring (signal line, power line, speaker line) is reasonable, whether the connectors are reasonable and in place, whether the position and size of the console and observation window are correct, and whether the line markings are complete and clear.
5. Acceptance of system working condition
After the review of the above steps, power on and preliminary inspection can be carried out, including whether the equipment works normally, whether the use function is realized, whether the system background noise and interference noise meet the requirements, whether the wireless microphone signal strength meets the standard, whether mutual interference exists, etc., and the subjective audition shall be conducted
6. Test system indicators
The test, analysis and adjustment of various indicators of the system can only be carried out after the above five steps of acceptance review. The adjustment test items are mainly 1. sound field distribution 2. sound pressure level value 3. reverberation time 4. reverberation time frequency characteristic 5. hall frequency response 6. dynamic background noise 7. speech intelligibility, etc.
The test method and instrument must comply with GB50371-2006 Code for Design of Hall Sound Reinforcement System, and must be carried out by a third party.
