Cause 1: degumming of central rubber parts is caused by high working temperature, excessive power and production process.

Precautions: a: Use appropriate center glue according to the rated power of the PA Loudspeaker. b: When conducting various experiments or listening to horn speakers, please make them work within the rated power and specified frequency range. c: The two components of central rubber shall be fully mixed according to the specified proportion, and the Replacement Diaphragm shall be put into the rubber within the service time. d: Before dialing the sound meter, please check whether the central adhesive is completely dry, so as not to pull the sound meter blindly, so as not to damage the curing structure of the central adhesive due to the displacement of the voice coil. e: Check whether the central glue is broken or missing.

Cause 2: voice coil deformation, etc


Preventive measures: a: Check whether the voice coil frame is deformed before production. b: Pay attention to whether the stickers on the surface of the voice coil blister, adhere firmly, and roll up the surface to prevent the stickers from heating, expanding, and rubbing with the washing machine. Abnormal sound. c: Use a heat-resistant voice coil frame. d: To set the sound level timer, check whether there is glue on the sound level meter.


Cause 3: voice coil is scattered.

Precautions: a: Before production, check whether the voice coil has loose wires and jumpers, and whether the winding is tight. b: Let the horn speaker work within the rated power range. c: The self-adhesive force of voice coil cable is not enough to withstand high temperature. A good voice coil self-adhesive voice coil cable should be more firm at rated high temperature.

Cause 4: When the amplitude is large, the end of the voice coil will roll up, and the voice coil will rub against the T-shaped iron or washer.

Precautions: a: When setting the voice gauge, first check whether the end of the voice coil is deformed. b: If the position of voice coil is too low, please adjust the center of voice coil and the center of washing machine to the same plane. (Or adjust according to BOM data) c: If it is caused by aging or loss of elasticity of conforming materials, please replace with new parts. d: The outer diameter of the sound level meter is too small. During the production process, the voice coil will loosen and slide, and the speaker will touch the bottom of the T-shaped soldering iron when vibrating.

Cause 5: There are debris in the magnetic gap, such as scrap iron, glue or glue stuck in the voice coil.

Precautions: a: When making the magnetic circuit, wipe the magnetic debris on the inner wall of the magnet and check whether the T-shaped iron and washer have been stripped from the coating. b: Before playing the voice coil, please suck the dust in the magnetic circuit. c: Dust prevention measures shall be taken during the whole speaker production process. d: When playing the washing machine, please be careful not to let the glue overflow or flow into the middle hole of the washing machine. e: Check whether the middle hole of the elastic wave is too large and whether the middle hole is damaged to prevent the central glue from flowing to the lower part of the voice coil. f: If there is glue on the sound level meter or magnetometer, please clean the glue first. g: Check whether there is glue on the surface of voice coil during production. h: When the difference between the inner diameter of the magnet of the speaker and the inner diameter of the washer is very small, please note that the magnetic circuit adhesive should be slightly added on the outside of the inner diameter of the magnet to prevent the magnetic circuit adhesive from overflowing into the middle hole of the washer and causing ringing.

Cause 6: The diaphragm is deformed and displaced.

Precautions: a: During the production process, please pay attention not to press the paper basin with force, so as to deform the paper basin and cause friction. In particular, although the metal diaphragm has strong rigidity, its toughness is poor and it is not easy to recover after deformation. b: When feeding, check whether the paper cone is deformed. c: For paper materials, please pay attention to moisture to avoid deformation due to moisture.

Cause 7: The paper cone is broken, the diaphragm is wet or has been used for a long time and is aging.

Notes: a: The paper cone speaker should be particularly moisture-proof, such as exposed to the outdoor at night, exposed to rain, etc. b: Speakers shall not be aged for a long time or excessively. Avoid carbonization and cone cracking. c: When the speaker works for a long time and the power is too high, the diaphragm will be damaged due to excessive amplitude, which will cause the speaker to break.: The diaphragm is deformed and displaced. e. Perforation or other reasons may also cause the paper cone to break, so please pay attention to the operation

Cause 8: The aging of the folding ring will lose its elasticity, or there will be a lack of glue during degumming.

Precautions: a: During the production process, try to avoid using corrosive substances on the folding ring. b: When applying the edge glue, the amount of glue must be enough to make the limited bonding area withstand large vibration. c: The side glue should make the folding ring and the sink bracket fully bonded to avoid gaps, and make the folding ring and the sink bracket relatively vibrate and produce abnormal sound, especially the bubble edge. d: Check whether the bonding surface of the basin frame and the folding ring is flat to prevent the folding ring from degumming and poor bonding due to unevenness. e: If the folding ring is aged, moldy, white and inelastic, it needs to be replaced. f: Put the folding ring immediately after applying the edge adhesive. For fear of warping, do not put the edge adhesive after lifting it.

Cause 9: elastic aging of elastic wave, or deformation or fracture of elastic wave, and incorrect placement of glue on elastic wave part.

Precautions: a: When applying elastic wave glue, please ensure that there is a uniform rubber overflow ring around the elastic wave and the contact surface of the basin frame, so that the elastic wave glue can penetrate and release.
