The vibration system of horn speaker is similar to a paper cone speaker, except that its diaphragm is not a paper cone, but a dome shaped diaphragm. Once the diaphragm is lost, just find the position of the diaphragm and install it correctly. There is a slight deviation during installation, and it will rub with the magnet when vibrating, causing short circuit and burning the coil. Even if the installation position is accurate, if the installation method is incorrect, problems such as low pronunciation effect, distortion and short service life will occur. How to install the damaged sound film?
First select the paper with proper thickness, cut it into two pieces of paper with a width of 10mm and a length of 20mm larger than the diameter of the center piece, then place the two pieces of paper perpendicular to each other in the middle of the center piece, and then fix them with a little paste to make them immovable. Insert both ends of the strip into the magnetic gap, align the voice coil of the sound film with the magnetic gap, and gently press it down to ensure that the voice coil is in the middle of the magnetic gap. Apply glue on the upper side of the sound film edge and fix it above the tape. Tighten the screws in the screw holes, mark the relative position of the upper cover and the sound head at an appropriate position, and then place them for a period of time. After the glue is completely dry, unscrew the screws and remove the upper cover, so that the sound film has been stuck on the upper cover. Then solder the lead wire to the terminal, remove two sheets of paper, and cover the voice head top cover. When covering, pay attention to align with the original mark. After covering, select the multimeter RX block or 1.5V dry battery. Tap the upper cover when touching both terminals. Or the dry battery of the multimeter will make a "click" when it touches the terminal. Tap the upper cover gently until the "click" sound reaches a high pitch. When there is no friction sound, you can slowly tighten the fixing screws so that the sound film has been installed. It is worth noting that when tightening the screw, the other screw should be tightened in a symmetrical way. It is not allowed to tighten one screw first and then the next one to ensure the correct installation of the sound film. Short circuit, coil burning and other faults will not occur when the sound film is used again to ensure the sound effect of the speaker.
