1. The flatness

2. Highly configured
Combine the effective height of web paper and three point connection, design or choose the appropriate iron frame. There should be a little gap between web paper and elastic wave, generally 0.3-0.8mm is appropriate.

3. Heat dissipation design
When the PA loudspeaker is working, the household sound "generates high heat. The hot air is concentrated in the cavity below the bomb. If there is not enough internal space between the bottom of the iron frame and the bomb, the heat buildup cannot be spread.
This will increase the aging speed of the voice coil, resulting in power unreachable, so consider the design, you can increase the bottom space of the iron frame appropriately, or you can design the bottom edge of the iron frame with holes.
If it is a plastic frame, the excessive temperature generated by the iron sheet will make the plastic soften and deform, resulting in "undesirable products" using heat insulation material, or adding heat insulation material between the iron sheet and the plastic frame.
